Andares del Sur products are guaranteed by some of the leading and exclusive artisan factories of cold cuts and charcuterie from the South of the Iberian Peninsula, supervised by Mr. Xavier Manresa, and with the image and guarantee of Mr. Justo Molinero.

- This brand is sold exclusively at all Gros Mercat centres across mainland Spain and the Islands, at all Spar supermarkets in mainland Spain (except Tarragona), and at all Suma supermarkets and Suma stores throughout the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

- A wide range of products is available, for end consumers as well as wholesale or hospitality buyers, in various formats.

The range includes: Iberian and mountain-cured ham and shoulder, acorn-fed and grain-fed, whole or boneless, sliced or diced, in 100 g, 250 g or 500 g packs... Iberian and mountain-cured sausages, loins, chorizos, salchichones..., in half pieces, whole or sliced...

Products come from various origins: the Los Pedroches area in Córdoba, the Cumbres Mayores, Jabugo and Montes de Aracena region in Huelva, Mérida in Extremadura, El Pedroso in Seville, and the southern part of Salamanca, Guijuelo and Sotoserrano.
